**## Job Title: Mixologist and Bartender**

**## Job Summary**:

**1. *Cocktail creation*: Develop and prepare signature cocktails, classic drinks, and seasonal specials.**

**2. *Customer service*: Provide exceptional service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations.**

**3. *Bar operations*: Manage cash handling, inventory, and supplies.**

**4. *Menu knowledge*: Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.**

**5. *Cleanliness and safety*: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.**

**## Requirements**:
**1. *Experience*: Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist.**

**2. *Knowledge*: Familiarity with spirits, mixers, and cocktail preparation methods.**

**3. *Creativity*: Ability to create innovative and delicious cocktails.**

**4. *Communication skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**

**5. *Teamwork*: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.**

**## Preferred Qualifications**:
**1. *Certifications*: Bartending certifications, such as TIPS or mixology courses.**

**2. *Knowledge of spirits*: In-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.**

**3. *Creativity and innovation*: Proven ability to create unique and delicious cocktails.**
