**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi hosts, vCenter Server).
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of virtual machines.
- Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and failover testing.
- Manage storage (SAN/NAS) and networking within virtual environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in VMware administration.
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and VMotion.
- Experience with backup solutions like Veeam, Commvault, or similar.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls).
- VMware certifications (VCP-DCV) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹308,111.87 - ₹1,311,210.82 per year
