Position: Outbound Sales and Appointment Setter

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai

Type: Monday to Friday (6 am to 2.30 pm) and some Saturdays

Experience: 1 year+ Australian bound call centre experience

Loan Processors is a leading company known for its innovative products/services for Australian finance advisors and commitment to excellence. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Sales and Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Australian market.
- Identify and qualify prospects, understanding their needs and interests.
- Present products/services effectively, highlighting their value proposition.
- Generate sales leads, nurture relationships, and convert leads into appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and appointment targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in outbound sales and appointment setting within an Australian call centre environment.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team.
- High level of resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in Australia.
- Availability to work [Shift timings] and potentially adjust according to Australian time zones.
