**Key Responsibilities**: n Transaction / Trade Processing => Assist with processing of transactions and trades. Perform the necessary checks and validation. n Reconciliation => Handling trade, position and cash reconciliation and liaising with stakeholders to resolve breaks n Corporate Actions => Help with corporate action notifications, elections and processing n Reference Data => Maintaining and updating security database n Ad-hoc => additional fund operations activities mutually agreed with Client n Work with executing brokers/PB to clear any breaks to avoid any trading issues n Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic n Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT) **Key Competencies** n Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business or Finance (BBA/Bcom/MBA/CFA) n At least 1 to 4 years working experience in a securities firm, involving Client & intermediaries interaction. n Experience in Client facing function (Relationship management, business support). n Energetic, results-focused, change agent, with a strong work ethic. n Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail. n Excellent organizational and time management skills with a positive and pro-active - can do - attitude. n Team player and people motivator. n Interpersonal, collaborative, relationship building and influencing skills. n strong organizational and analytical skill with strong attention to detail n Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients n Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts
