**Job Summary**

As a Trading Services Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will uphold the firm's strength and resilience by defining and delivering set goals. You will provide comprehensive support for day-to-day operations of FX products. Your role involves managing trade lifecycle and ensuring timely settlements

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage FX trade lifecycle in operations.
- Handle swifts and nostro breaks efficiently.
- Work in a currency cut-off driven environment.
- Meet timelines and service delivery standards.
- Escalate issues to mitigate settlement risks.
- Interact with external clients and internal partners.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for BAU activities.
- Prepare and publish reports as required.
- Comply with policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure safety of company and its clients.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Demonstrate FX trade lifecycle knowledge.
- Exhibit experience in FX operations teams.
- Handle daily volumes and confirmation breaks.
- Meet timelines and escalate issues timely.
- Interact regularly with clients and partners.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively.
- Comply with company policies and controls.

- Manage large confirmation breaks efficiently.
- Resolve related confirmation breaks promptly.
- Provide comprehensive client servicing.
