JOB RESPONSBILITIES
- Responsible to improve Overall Patient care and Safety in ICU work area
- To implement IPSG metrics, assess and prepare patients for surgery, help the surgical team, and provide care plan for patients during their recovery
- Ensure that ICUs are prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment
- To ensure standards of Patient care, Infection Control and Safety measures are followed as per guidelines
- Accountable for assessment of Patients condition, monitoring vitals, overall patient care in ICU and improvement in Patient Health conditions.
- To ensure ICU tables, room and equipment are prepared to receive patients and allocate nursing personnel based on pre and post-operative care.
- To oversee surgical patients with perioperative care in recovery, procedure
- To supervise staff allocation, nursing care, speed, accuracy and efficient utilization of resources
- To ensure patient rights, responsibilities and dignity are respected. Must guide team to educate Patients and Families to address concerns /queries.
- To evaluate appropriate utilization of equipment, supplies and reports any non /malfunctioning equipment’s.
- To maintain hygiene and sterility throughout the surgery procedure
- To adhere to compliance towards implementation of standards, SOP’s & clinical pathways in patient care respective to ICU
- To assess Nursing team performance and confirm the follow up of IPSG goals
- To observe and check the adherence to nursing quality indicators, ICU room procedures and maintain data related to them
- To ensure adequate supply of stocks for surgical procedures are available as per ICU needs
- To determine early warning signs and follows specific SOP’s related to patient care in the critical care setting.
- To evaluate appropriate labelling, storage and utilization of medication as per the institutional medication policy
- To follow up on plan of transfer of patient completes transfer as per the criteria
- To manage resources, ICU instruments, linen and equipment &supplies effectively.
- Accountable to maintain accurate documents, records and reports for pre and post-operative patients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
