Waiter

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages in accordance with our high standards.

2. Menu Knowledge:

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu and provide recommendations to guests.
- Address any questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a seamless service flow.

4. Upselling:

- Promote specials and additional menu items to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Upsell desserts, beverages, or other add-ons to contribute to sales goals.

5. Cleanliness and Presentation:

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

6. Customer Engagement:

- Attend to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collect and convey valuable customer feedback to enhance service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
