Waiter and Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress at Mody Live Food Court, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. You will play a key role in welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and courteous experience.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus, answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and special dietary considerations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, including accommodating special requests and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and serving stations.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, ensuring a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle payments accurately, including processing cash and card transactions.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Support other team members as necessary to ensure smooth operations during peak times.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1 or 2 years previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness.

Additional Information:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
