Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery store employees.
- Provide leadership and direction to floor staff including cashiers, stockers, and department clerks.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, faced, and rotated following FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Assist in managing employee schedules and shifts to ensure proper coverage.
- Train new employees and ensure ongoing staff development.
- Handle customer complaints, questions, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are met in the store.
- Open and close the store as required; manage cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales strategies and promotions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
