**FEMALE TELE SALES EXECUTIVES REQUIRED**

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must have passion for telesales and result oriented.

Number of Openings - 5

**Responsibilities**
- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them product and services offered by the company
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team.
- Leads follow up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- E-mail Communication

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.

**Eligibility / Qualifications**
- Age Limit: Between 20 to 30 years.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (required) / Bachelor's (preferred).
- Ability to commute / relocate: Maraimalai Nagar - Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
- Languages: Fluent English is must. Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam (preferred).

**Salary & Supplemental pay types**
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
