Principal Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of systems and equipment.

Site Visits: When required, travel to clients' sites to offer on-site support and services.

Collecting data involves measuring, testing, and documenting information for analysis and reporting.

Troubleshooting: Find and address basic technological issues with the help of more seasoned experts.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of every task finished, including service reports and logs.

Safety Compliance: Always follow all safety protocols to keep your workplace safe.

Participate in instruction in on-the-job training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Conditions:
ITI diploma in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or a related field.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ability:
basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.

willingness to learn new things and adapt to new methods and technologies.

excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
