**JOB SUMMARY**:
The main purpose of this position is managing alert base monitoring, video monitoring and retail processes. Maintaining 100% adherence to the process, achieving individual & process related performance

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Roles and Responsibilities

1) Visually 24/7 video monitoring for ATM & retail related processes.

2) To detect and deter every attempted crime in the ATMs, branches & retail.

3) As per protocol, escalating / highlighting issues related to process to respective Supervisor

4) Making sure there is no miss-outs.

5) 100% punctual and adhere to rules during rotational shift & on floor

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**: 12th / Any Graduation / ITI - Diploma (Case to case)

MANDATORY KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1) Basic communication skills

2) Basic computer skills

3) Willing to work in rotational shift including night shift.(7am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-7am)

4) Willing to work in Rotational week off. Saturday & Sunday working.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
