
Online Sales Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- List, update, and manage products across multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for higher visibility
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment in coordination with the warehouse/logistics team
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries on the platforms
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements
- Track competitor listings, pricing, and strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and product development
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales or online marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of online consumer behavior and sales funnels
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to write/edit product descriptions and content (SEO knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)**:
- Experience running Amazon Sponsored Ads or Flipkart Ads
- Knowledge of inventory and order management tools
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Basic understanding of Canva or Photoshop for simple creatives
