Trainee, Client Services

Provides a full range of administrative support and coordination of related activities for fiduciary products and services.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports trust administration activities such as scheduling, travel arrangement and accounts payable invoices.
- Follows up and documents customers' inquiries regarding banking policies and the organization's procedures.
- Organizes and maintains schedules and appointments regarding fiduciary products and services.
- Maintains confidential information that relates to business partners.
