**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
- **LinkedIn Sales & Negotiation**: Leverage LinkedIn for client outreach, relationship building, and negotiating project deals.
- **Client Acquisition**: Develop and maintain relationships with foreign clients, identifying their IT needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategies**: Implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business and achieve sales targets.
- **Proposal Management**: Create, present, and follow up on proposals to convert leads into projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management, technical, and marketing teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are aligned.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM software, including client interactions, follow-ups, and contracts.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B, with proven success in lead generation and business acquisition in foreign markets.
- **LinkedIn Expertise**: Demonstrated success in generating leads, negotiating, and securing projects using LinkedIn.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex IT solutions to clients.
- **Networking**: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
- **Sales-Driven**: A strong drive for sales targets, with a track record of exceeding goals

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
