Job Title: Retail Partner - Life Insurance

Job Summary:
The Retail Partner of Life Insurance is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with retail businesses to promote and sell life insurance products. This role involves identifying potential retail partners, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing support and training to ensure the success of the partnership. The Retail Partner will also collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential retail partners and evaluate the suitability of the partnership based on target market, customer base, and alignment with the company's objectives.

2. Develop and nurture relationships with retail partners, acting as the main point of contact for all partnership-related activities.

3. Collaborate with retail partners to develop customized marketing and sales strategies to promote life insurance products and increase customer awareness and engagement.

4. Negotiate partnership agreements, including commission structures, performance metrics, and promotional activities, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company policies.

5. Provide ongoing training and support to retail partners to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance regulations.

6. Monitor partner performance regularly and provide recommendations for improvement or adjustment of strategies as needed.

7. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and increase market share.

8. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and growth in partnership with retail partners.

9. Act as a liaison between retail partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to life insurance, providing recommendations for process improvement and compliance adherence to retail partners.

11. Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract top talent within retail partner organizations who can effectively promote and sell life insurance products.

12. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay connected with retail partners and identify potential new partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

2. Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, sales strategies, and compliance regulations.

4. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with retail businesses.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with retail partners and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop appropriate strategies.

7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales reporting tools to track partner performance and provide insights for decision-making.

8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

10. Valid insurance licenses and certifications (if required by local regulations or company policies).

Work Environment:
The Retail Partner of Life Insurance will primarily work in an office environment, but will also spend time meeting with retail partners at their locations. Travel may be required to attend meetings, training sessions, or industry events.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
