**About the Team**
The Sales & Boarding (S&B) team supports the sales and boarding systems used by the Merchant Solutions business. We aim to improve revenue, increase efficiency, maintain control, and enhance customer experience. S&B provides support to ecommerce solutions in the UK and ROI region, with plans to expand further. We are currently working on a new boarding workflow to achieve a goal of "10 minutes onboarding". As part of this workflow, we will enhance efficiency with features like the "Boarding Gateway" which will provide a common entry point for all sales channels and third-party services. Additionally, the "Boarding Choreography Service (BCS)" will automate the end-to-end workflow for onboarding merchants to different domains with advanced notification and error tolerance features.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Develop and improve the system by analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements
- Work with technology and product teams to understand sales processes and develop software in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community clouds
- Integrate internal and external systems using the latest API technologies
- Follow Agile practices with a global development team
- Optimize codebase and system architecture to increase efficiency and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze proposed enhancements and provide solution design expertise
- Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements and ensure data quality
- Administer setup, customization, and configuration including objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, flows, and user and security settings
- Support the day-to-day operations within Salesforce, interacting with business users and technology and sourcing partners
**What You Bring**
- Salesforce Developer
- 3+ years of Salesforce coding experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce development/implementation on a global or enterprise level
- 3+ years of Sales Cloud experience
