**Job Description: Front Office Executive cum Admission Counselor (Full Time)**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Office Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the school's programs, facilities, and events.

**2. Admission Counseling**:

- Communicate effectively with prospective students and parents, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, extracurricular activities, admission process, and fees.
- Conduct school tours and effectively highlight the school's strengths.
- Address queries and alleviate concerns related to admissions and student life.

**3. Application Processing**:

- Assist parents in filling out admission forms and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.

**4. Relationship Building**:

- Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication throughout the admission process.
- Maintain a positive rapport with students, parents, and staff members.

**5. Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, open houses, and orientations.
- Ensure a welcoming and informative atmosphere during events.

**6. Data Management**:

- Input and manage data related to admissions, inquiries, and student information in the school's database.

**7. Administrative Support**:

- Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and educational systems.
- Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Previous experience in a front office or admission counseling role is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
