**Position**: Graphic Designer
**Experience**: 1 Year (No Freelancer or internship exp will be considered)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000
**Tools**: Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering creative and effective design solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media.
- Design and produce banners, social media posts, infographics, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and development teams to ensure that designs align with the brand’s message and campaign goals.
- Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience in the industry.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
