**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of digital and print assets, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing team) to understand project requirements, target audience, and key messaging, ensuring design deliverables effectively communicate the desired message.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our brand’s tone, style, and values.
- Use your artistic flair to develop illustrations, icons, and other custom graphics that elevate the overall visual impact of our brand.
- Optimize designs for different platforms, considering factors like responsiveness, load time, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all designs meet our standards and specifications.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to meet project objectives.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Design high-quality visuals for social media posts, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong content writing and creative design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
