**Teacher Responsibilities and Duties**
- Familiarize yourself with the curriculum to ensure effective delivery.
- Plan and execute daily programs and activities in alignment with the curriculum.
- Utilize or create teaching aids, such as charts and displays, to enhance learning.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate weekly lesson plans and activities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to child development.
- Collaborate with the Center Head and colleagues on school events, celebrations, and field trips.
- Monitor and document the progress of each child as per school guidelines.
- Review each child's progress with team members to ensure personalized attention.
- Create strategies and written plans to promote self-discipline and self-esteem in children.
- Build positive relationships with each child to foster trust and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their queries and concerns during regular interactions.
- Utilize tools such as Gmail and Google Classroom for communication and lesson management.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 1+ years of teaching experience in reputed schools.
- **Qualification**:
Graduates/Post-graduates with strong communication skills. (B.Ed/PPTC/NTT certification is an added advantage.)
