- Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for early learners
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons following child-centric methodologies
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities
- Utilize innovative teaching aids, storytelling, music, and play-based learning techniques
- Maintain records of students’ progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the curriculum and learning experience

**Requirements**:
✔ **Qualifications**: B.Ed / PPTC / NTT (preferred)
✔ Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in pre-primary teaching
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
✔ Ability to connect with young children and make learning fun
