
Sales Cordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with scheduling, presentations, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, quotations, and documentation.
- Maintain CRM and sales databases (e.g., Google Sheets) with up-to-date customer and pipeline information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Track sales performance metrics and assist in forecasting and planning.
- Liaise between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and presentations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the regional language and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Good knowledge of computer operations.
- Ability to Multitask and coordinate across teams.
- Should have knowledge about hlookup, vlookup & pivot table.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 - 5 years of sales co-ordinator experience
Key Skills:
- Good experience in advance MS - EXCEL is a must.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
