Requirements

As an Employer Branding Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the Employer Branding team in promoting and enhancing the employer brand of the organization.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to create compelling and engaging content that showcases the organization's culture, values, and employee experiences. This content may include written materials, social media posts, blog articles, videos, and employee testimonials.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company's social media channels dedicated to employer branding.

Employer Branding Campaigns: Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of employer branding campaigns and initiatives. This may involve organizing events, participating in career fairs, creating promotional materials, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a consistent employer brand message.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Employer Branding team, as well as other departments such as HR, Marketing, and Communications, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall organizational goals.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,033.36 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
