**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives for medical devices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including identifying key accounts and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations, training, and seminars to enhance customer understanding and product adoption.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and market penetration.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management effectively.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the medical device market.
- Work closely with product development and R&D teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to support product innovation and improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in medical device sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a sales management role, including team leadership and development.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, industry trends, and healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
