**Job Description DGM Facility**

**A DGM Facility in the construction industry is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction site's facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, safety compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth project execution by managing facility-related budgets, coordinating with contractors, and prioritizing building upkeep to meet project timelines and quality standards; essentially acting as the key decision-maker for all facility-related matters on a construction site.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Facility Maintenance and Operations**:

- **Managing routine maintenance schedules for building systems like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems.**:

- **Overseeing repairs and upgrades to facilities, coordinating with contractors and vendors.**:

- **Monitoring facility conditions, identifying potential issues and addressing them proactively.**:

- **Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.**

**- Budget Management**:

- **Developing and managing facility maintenance budgets, tracking expenditures against allocated funds.**:

- **Negotiating contracts with service providers and contractors to optimize costs.**:

- **Identifying cost-saving opportunities related to facility operations.**

**- Project Coordination**:

- **Collaborating with project managers to integrate facility needs into construction schedules.**:

- **Communicating facility requirements to design teams during project planning stages.**:

- **Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of facility-related tasks.**

**- Staff Supervision**:

- **Leading and managing a team of facility maintenance personnel, including electricians, plumbers, and cleaning staff.**:

- **Providing training and development opportunities for facility staff**:

- **Evaluating performance and addressing performance issues**

**- Emergency Response**:

- **Developing and implementing emergency response plans for facility-related incidents.**:

- **Coordinating with relevant stakeholders during emergencies to ensure timely resolution.**

**- Reporting and Analysis**:
**1. Generating regular reports on facility performance, including maintenance costs, safety compliance, and energy usage.**

**2. Identifying trends and recommending improvements to facility management practices.**

**- Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field**

**2. Proven experience in construction facility management, ideally with a supervisory role**

**3. Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations**

**4. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination**

**5. Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders**

**6. Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools**

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
