**Designation: Accountant**
- **Job Responsibilities:

- **_
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary, Manage balance sheet & P&L
- Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations
- GST returns filing
- Tally
- Tracking of payments receivable
- Staff salaries, leaves & advances
- Handling petty cash
- **Advance MS office skills including V lookup & pivot tables is compulsory**

**Qualifications for Accountant**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Age 31 years ++
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software & tally
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Highly detail-oriented

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
