- ** Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to products, services, or technical issues, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
- ** Documentation**: Accurately log and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all details are recorded for future reference.
- ** Adherence to Policies**: Follow company procedures, compliance regulations, and quality standards for call handling.

**Requirements**:
