**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism
- Provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Maintain call logs and update internal systems with customer information
- Meet or exceed defined performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (customer support / technical support / telesales)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and call handling software
- Willingness to work in night shifts or 24/7 rotational shifts

Good to Have:

- Experience supporting customers from the US, UK, or other English-speaking countries
- Background in industries like tech support, e-commerce, travel, telecom, or finance
- Familiarity with SLA-driven environments

Note: Immediate Joiners required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
