**Duties & Responsibilities as Associate - Learning Support & Training / Academic Coordinator**
- Maintain and update training plans, revision sessions and workshops for all the Colleges /University partners of PAN India and related documents
- Works to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training sessions by managing and coordinating the logistics for training programs and sessions.
- Raising travel and accommodation requests for faculties/trainers assigned to various training across India and ensuring the booking completion.
- Sharing the training arrangements with the trainers.
- Sharing the routine information with university partners like academic calendar and reports.
- Sharing of relevant materials with students related to upcoming training.
- Maintaining an updated curriculum database and training commitment
- Acting as an intermediary for collection of feedback forms from students as well as colleges for various training and exam entries.
- Collating the feedback of the training from students/ Partners and analysis of the feedback
- Maintain the training budget.
- Maintain a database of internal and external faculties /trainers.
- Update details in LMS/ERP for training, attendance and recordings.
- Responsible for students’ academic assignment, mock exam and training related queries
- Supporting faculties in conducting examination, evaluation, invigilation and tabulation of marks.
- Responsible for organizing academic related events and webinars.
- Responsible for student and Partner certificates.
- Any other work assigned by the relevant authority.

Job Status : Full Time

Location : Mumbai

Annual salary : 3 LPA - 4 LPA

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
