Position: Nail Artist

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Nail Artist to join our team and provide exceptional nail services to our clients. As a Nail Artist, you will be responsible for offering a wide range of nail care treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art designs. Your ability to create unique and stunning nail designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Nail Care Services: Provide high-quality nail care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel nail extensions, nail shaping, and cuticle care.

Nail Art Designs: Create intricate and eye-catching nail art designs based on clients' preferences and current trends. Stay updated with the latest nail art techniques and styles.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Properly sterilize and maintain tools and equipment.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, nail health, and any allergies or sensitivities they may have.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various nail care products, brands, and their benefits to recommend the most suitable products to clients.

Upselling and Sales: Promote additional services and nail care products to clients to increase sales and revenue.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and exceeding their expectations.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment schedules, accommodating walk-ins and making necessary adjustments as needed.

Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, attend workshops, and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay ahead in the nail care industry.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep the nail station and salon area clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

**Requirements**:
Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Nail Artist or Nail Technician is preferred. A portfolio showcasing your nail art designs is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficient in providing standard nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail extensions. Demonstrated expertise in various nail art techniques and designs.

Creativity: Ability to showcase creativity through unique and innovative nail art designs.

Knowledge of Products: Familiarity with different nail care products, including nail polishes, gels, acrylics, and nail art accessories.

Hygiene and Sanitation: Strong understanding of proper hygiene and sanitation practices in a salon setting.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time and appointments to provide timely services to clients.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.

Licensure: Possession of a valid nail technician license/certification, as required by local regulations.

**Salary**: ₹10,587.16 - ₹26,607.32 per month
