**Job Title**: Nail and Eyelash Extension Trainer

**Location**: Thane west.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions for aspiring nail technicians in areas such as manicure, pedicure, nail art, gel nails, acrylics, poly gel, latest trending nail design techniques, nail care etc.
- Create comprehensive training programs and materials that cover essential nail care techniques, industry best practices, sanitation protocols, and client service.
- Evaluate students' progress through practical assessments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care and beauty industry.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new students.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are followed in training sessions.
- Offer one-on-one support to students who may require additional help.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional nail technician or in a related role.
- Certification or diploma from an accredited nail technician program.
- Strong understanding of nail care techniques, including nail art, manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and more.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
- Passion for the beauty industry and educating others.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, products, and equipment in the nail care field.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for precision in nail artistry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a nail educator or trainer.
- Knowledge of business and marketing related to the nail industry.
- Proficiency in using online platforms for virtual training (if applicable).
