Mission
Provide exceptional service and support to the internal Sales Community and to our valued clients by providing timely and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience.
**Functions**
- Maintaining Packslip of Senior KAM
- Raising Projects of Sr KAMs in Procis (Compounding, Rework, Creation and Matching)
- Aligning Bluedart for samples
- Word Packslip of Freedom and Trendy
- VRF Filling of Customer
- Maintaining sampling list
- Expenses of Senior KAM
- Samples file monthly cross checking with lab
- WhatsApp, Customer or Teams project raising
- Vendor Forms & New Customer Code Format filing started from Feb 24
- Aromatic B Code to the SAP Code
- Handling WhatsApp group of ACO Trendy and 3 more clients
Educational background and experience required: graduate and between 3 and 5 years of experience into sales co-ordination.
Languages and minimum level required: English (B2) and Hindi.
Office365 Domain. Advanced Excel skills.
