**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic **Content Marketer** who is skilled in content writing, content creation, and Instagram short video production. You will be a key player in building our brand presence across digital platforms and driving inbound leads for our Odoo ERP and other IT services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Creation**:

- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Create engaging social media posts, especially for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- **Video Content**:

- Ideate, script, and produce short-form video content (like Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube shorts).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for post-production if needed.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Work with the marketing team to grow followers and engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Launch targeted content campaigns and monitor performance analytics.
- **SEO & Optimization**:

- Optimize all content for SEO to improve organic visibility.
- Research keywords, trends, and competitor strategies to create highly relevant content.
- **Brand Storytelling**:

- Build brand awareness through authentic storytelling focused on customer success stories, team culture, and technology innovation.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media content creation.
- Proven portfolio of written content (blogs, website copy) and short video content (reels, shorts).
- Strong understanding of SEO basics and content analytics.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush (for short video editing).
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, ERP (Odoo preferred).
- Basic graphic design skills.
