**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Writing**:

- Research, write, and edit compelling content including blogs, articles, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and whitepapers.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and user intent.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to create informative and persuasive content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ideate and produce engaging multimedia content such as videos, reels, infographics, and carousel posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and social media posting schedules.
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics, trends, and audience feedback.
- **Strategy & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and digital media.
- Bring creative ideas for storytelling, content formats, and audience engagement.
- Support brand-building efforts through thought leadership and consistent voice across channels.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a content writer and/or content creator in a marketing or digital media environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across formats.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, content algorithms, and trends.
- Experience with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Descript) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and video editing.
