- Perform the assigned tasks as per timelines with high speed and accuracy.
- Complete reporting of handled activities on daily basis (as per requirements).
- Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership.
- Monitoring of the mailbox on daily basis.
- Support team where help required and provide floor assistance.
- Participation in Org level initiatives and & drive team for the same.
- Preparation of documentation for new RPA & be a SPOC for all RPA topics.
- Preparation & updates to SOP.
- Working on action items as applicable, arising out of Monthly meetings / Customer visits.
- Process related calls with Customer.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders (need based).
- Perform random audits with Checklist parameters/ take corrective action.
- Train backup resource on new updates in the process.

- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in order management.
- Previous proven experience in people management preferably a year.
- Experience in working in a BPO organization would be an asset.
- A university degree, preferably B.Com, BBM, BBA or MBA.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English is a must.
- Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP in O2C domain).
- Knowledge of accounting and controlling.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach, customer orientation.
- Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
