**Job Title**: Graphic Designer and Video Editor
**Location**: Bangalore
**Company**: Royallinks Constructions
**Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling visuals for brochures, banners, social media, website, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create and edit videos for company promotions, product showcases, social media campaigns, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with Royallinks Constructions’ branding and marketing strategies.
- Design and maintain visual consistency in all company collateral.
- Develop storyboards, motion graphics, and animations as needed for video content.
- Manage video and graphic design projects from concept through to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of content.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design and video editing projects.
- Ability to create designs that communicate brand messaging effectively.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in designing and editing content related to the construction or real estate industry.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools or architectural visualization software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing strategies.
