**Responsibilities**:

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on e-commerce performance, marketing initiatives, and sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
- Excellent English written Hindi & Telugu verbal communication skills.
- Should be able to independently handle day to day operations.
- Assist with Shipping & Customer Care Operations as per requirement.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in e-commerce platform.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
