**Job Summary**: The MIS Executive is responsible for managing the Management Information System (MIS) within an organization, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of reports, data analysis, and support to the management team for decision-making purposes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly/weekly/daily reports as per business requirements.
- Collect, organize, and manage data from various departments or systems.
- Generate and distribute accurate MIS reports to management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and issues.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Analyze business data and provide insights to help improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data discrepancies and reporting errors.
- Ensure that all reports are in compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Maintain databases and ensure the integrity and security of data.
- Create and maintain dashboards for management reviews.
- Assist in the creation and modification of systems for data collection and report generation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis).
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Good understanding of database management and querying (SQL, MS Access).
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and validation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of business operations and reporting metrics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with automation tools and software for reporting.
