**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.To prepare & present daily MIS reports to the management.
2.Manage all types of reports requirement by sales status updated of Sold, Unsold inventory of all territory.
3. To prepare and reconciled sales revenue reports (accounts and petty cash)
4.To consolidate the data in the desired format as per management demand using data analytic techniques and tools (specially Google Sheet & MS office).
5.To maintain the financial/operational transactions, and records of Sales team and vendors.
6.To build the relationship with team to get timely data coordinating with team.

7. Should have experience in Flowchart Management system, Production Management System, and Inventory Management System etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Must have a good experience in MIS
2. Must know the excel tools (minimum intermediate level, advance would be preferred though)
3. Should be good in coordinating with team in data collection
4. Should be good in handling large detailed data
5. Should be good in data analysis using various excel tools like vlook-up, countif, sumif etc.
6. Should be good in converting the raw data in to management-desired information.
