**Job Overview**:As an E-commerce Executive specializing in Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, etc your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize product listings, drive sales, and manage all aspects of these e-commerce platforms for the company's products.

**Roles &** **Responsibilities**:
Marketplace Account Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on the Marketplace such as Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Ajio. Ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and policies.

**Cataloguing and Listing** - Create and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords. Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure consistent product availability.

**PPC and Sales Optimization**: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue on Portals. Utilize advertising tools and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Should have a deep knowledge of PPC Campaigns and other Metric terms.

**Planning and Growth**: Keep in mind historical trends, available budget and also forecasting trends when making key decisions, Set achievable goals and strategy for growth expansion

**Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor activity on Amazon and Flipkart, pricing and product strategies based on market conditions and competitor offerings

**Inventory and Order Management**: Ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfilment.
Implement inventory management strategies to avoid stock outs and overstock situations.

**Content and SEO Optimization**: Create and optimize product content for search engine visibility.
Utilize relevant keywords and A+ content (Amazon) or Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to enhance product listings.

**Reviews and Rating Management**: Encourage and manage customer reviews and ratings.
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports on sales, customer behavior, and product performance. Also Create sales reports and feedback to the wider team on a weekly basis

**Marketing and Promotion**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions specific to Marketplaces. Collaborate with Co-marketing teams to align strategies.

**Fulfilment and Logistics**:Coordinate with Amazon's FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) or other fulfilments options.
Manage shipping, returns, and customer service related to e-commerce orders.

**Compliance and Policy Adherence**: Stay updated on platform policies and compliance requirements. Ensure the company's practices are in line with Marketplace’s rules and regulations.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 2 to 3 years of Proven working experience in Marketplace Management
- Experience working in an E-commerce environment
- Experience working in the Fashion Industry
- Ability to develop and implement strategy
- Ability to analyze data
- Strong presentation skill

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
