**Responsibilities**:
1.Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for fruits and vegetables.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

2. Procurement Strategy:

- Contribute to the development of the area's procurement strategy for fruits and vegetables, aligning with the organization's overall goals
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics to adapt the procurement strategy as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and sustainable sourcing practices.

3. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for fruits and vegetables

4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze procurement data, supplier performance metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
