**Job Summary**:
**#### Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, text) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries; respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to assess performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with influencers and brand advocates to enhance community relationships.

**#### Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

### Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
