Academic Counselor - Training & Operations

Reports to Centre Head
Role Objective To impart counseling and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be
responsible for:

- Conversions of walk-in / prospective to final admissions,
- Attending all incoming & outgoing calls related to admissions.
- Arranging seminars & workshop in different institutes and taking care of all the
outdoor marketing activities.
- Participating educational fair & events.

Desired profile
- Graduate
- Minimum 1+ Years of Experience in counselling and providing career guidelines to
students
- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance
- Should have good knowledge and practical experience in the area ofstudent
counselling, Should be able to convert leads.
- Must have the inclination towards society and working formarginalized
community ;
- Prior experience as a counsellor will be added advantage
- Student Enrolment for the course/batch

Partner Relationship Officer - Training & Operations

Reports to Centre Head
Role Objective To impartmobilization and monitor the student lifecyclefor ensuring standard outcome

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be
responsible for:

- Mapping potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilization in the
identified locations.
- Building rapportwith the local community leaders well before the start of the
mobilization.
- Creating awareness on the Anudip program and sensitizing community to participate
and take the program to as many needy as possible.
- Addressing communities about the Anudip program and its benefits through various
means of communication to motivate and encourage youth to avail theopportunity.
- Helping the center team to selectthe needy youth (Anudip Students) and ensure that
the center has optimum batch strength.
- Providing support to the center team / Area Manager in organizing Alumni - Guest
events as and when required as per the process.
- Ensuring optimum batch strength in assigned Anudip centers.

definition through implementation across.
- Ability to support large-scale company-wideprojects thatincorporate a proactive and
innovative solution to addressing challenges and achieving organizational goals and
objectives.
- Ability to create organizational alignment to the design and execution of initiative
efforts
- Analytical, excellent decision maker and problem solver.
- Proactive, Self-motivated, target-driven, intuitive, creative & diligent.
- Excellent inter-personal and relationship building skills.
- Proficientin English,Hindi and other desirable Indian languages.
- Preferred Industry: Education, IT, Skill Development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
