**Key Responsibilities**
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide financial data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and explanations.
- Track and categorize company expenses to ensure accurate reporting.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (internships included).
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or SAP.
- Solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general financial reporting tools.
