We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Andheri West. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards the right educational paths while driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs and career goals.

Present and promote our educational programs and services, highlighting their benefits and unique features.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive experience and encourage referrals.

Meet and exceed sales targets by actively following up on leads and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Proven experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹12,399.16 - ₹35,000.00 per month
