We are a growing firm operating in the **Law Firm and Staffing industry**, providing professional services to clients across the US. We are looking for a **Telecaller with US calling experience** to join our dynamic team immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to US clients and prospects.
- Handle inbound queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior US calling experience is mandatory.**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Ability to handle client conversations with professionalism.
- Available to join immediately.
- US Call centre experience is preferred
