Corestream is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to join our Employee Savings marketing team. This is a unique opportunity that blends copywriting along with editorial and content management skills. You will be reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing (Brands) and work closely with the Brand sales and content teams. This role requires a balance of strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with an innate sense of creativity, problem-solving, and good judgment.

**Your Mission**:

- Collect or create content for web platforms
- Proofread and copy edit all brand-provided content
- Validate and maintain regular quality assurance checks of all new and existing offers
- Traffic and archive portal web ad placements on a monthly and biweekly basis using our proprietary admin program
- Collaborate with team on marketing initiatives and use knowledge of brand offers to provide content recommendations
- Document metadata tagging on brand related content within digital asset management (DAM) program
- Write or edit copy for select projects, such as program awareness collateral, internal process documentation, media guides, submission forms, and more
- Maintain quality control by reviewing various marketing touchpoints for style and grammar consistency

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of marketing best practices

- Willingness to suggest improvements related to content features and ongoing projects

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
