Training Co-ordinator

1) Training Coordination:
a) Ensure that the training schedule for next working day is uploaded.

b) Understand the daily training schedule and ensure that all office activities are running as per the schedule. Make necessary arrangements needed for each activity.

c) Coordinate with external trainers, internal trainers, training head, students and other office staff for smooth functioning as per the plan specified in training schedule

d) Ensure discipline amongst students by monitoring the dress code, attendance and exam results

e) Counseling of students related to their performance in the training. Updating parents about overall progress and sincerity of their ward

f) Take feedbacks of various trainings as per guidelines

g) Coordinate, analyze and review various examinations as per guidelines

h) Coordinate for Exams and feedback related matters

i) Support the placement team in conducting various placement related activities.

j) Make sure that the content gets developed/ rectified/ updated by the SME regularly. This includes

MCQs, notes, Ppts, Coding questions etc.

k) You need to coordinate with students, industry experts, trainers as well as other associates for various seminars, industry interactions, alumni interactions and other events organized for training, project and placement activities

l) You may have to visit colleges, schools and other educational institution for meeting with the authorities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
