United Research Forum, registered in London, UK, in 2019, is dedicated to organizing international conferences across the globe in the fields of health, medical sciences, and engineering. Our branch office is conveniently located near JNTU Metro Station in Nizampet, Hyderabad.

**Position**: Program Coordinator
**Type**: Full-time, On-site

We are seeking experienced Conference/Program Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing conference registrations and creating conference schedules
- Securing sponsors and exhibitors
- Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events
- Managing vendors, volunteers, and staff
- Budgeting and logistics for events
- Developing and executing branding strategies
- Conducting pre
- and post-event evaluations
- Handling event-related communications and marketing

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage volunteers and staff effectively
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Experience in branding and marketing is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree
